Loyalty is a great virtue. It’s the glue that keeps a business together, it keeps employees on board when things get tough, it keeps clients on your side when competition tries to lure them away.
Loyalty doesn’t always happen through huge public displays, more often than not it’s in situations, usually private moments when you defend someones character and reputation when someone is putting her down. Character is shaped by little tests of loyalty.
“Criticism of others is futile
and if you indulge in it often you should be warned that
it can be fatal to your career.”
~ Dale Carnegie
