    awesome. love this quote, need individual commitment to make the whole system work to it’s best potential. May still “work” without some full individual attention.. but wont be to it’s best. Nice post! x

    • Thanks, so do I. Here’s what I’ve experienced through the years as why individuals don’t give full attention.
      Ego “It marks a big step in your development when you come to realize that other people can help you do a better job than you could do alone.”
      Insecurity “An insecure leader either wants to maintain control over everything, or they fear being replaced by someone more capable.”
      Unsophisticated “They lack experience and underestimate the difficulty of projects and decide to proceed alone.”
      Temperament “Some people just don’t like working with other people even when facing challenges it never occurs to them to seek help.”
