Electronic Waste Disposal for Earth Day

On April 22, more than one billion people around the globe will participate in Earth Day 2012 and help Mobilize the Earth™. People of all nationalities and backgrounds will voice their appreciation for the planet and demand its protection.

This year we’re participating in Electronic Waste Disposal, event at a local school.  Events are being held in every community.

Items Accepted:

  • Televisions
  • Computers and Monitors
  • PCs and Laptops
  • Office Equipment
  • Telephones
  • Fax machines and copiers
  • Computer Peripherals, Keyboards, printers, scanners
  • Cables
  • Mouse
  • Consumer electronics – The XBox with the red ring of death from 5 years ago – gone!
  • Tape players, VCRs
  • Stereo equipment
  • Radios
  • PDAs
  • Cell phones

Why hang on to broken, unused electronic waste and clutter your environment?  Since it can’t go in the trash, why not take it to an electronic waste event?
